G20 reloads and brass life.

Hey guys! On my 4th or 5th reload in my glock 20, and I wanted some input on the amount of "bulge" going on , and safety levels. I haven't seen any "smiles", yet there is an obvious ring around the bottom of the case where there is less support.

Starline brass, any assortment of 180gr, typically XTP and FMJ, 8.5gr longshot usually moving right between 1200 and 1230fps.

Use a Redding carbide deluxe set, with a Lee FCD to crimp. Waiting on a Redding grx to eliminate bulge, but I know that doesn't really effect case life regardless.

Most heads measure .4020-.4023, with some measuring .4025-.4026. All loaded rounds will fall into glock barrel with ease

Pass Through sizing will help your brass in the long run...I use the LEE FCD with the guts out as the Bulge Buster that will resize the entire casing even the extraction rims...We have a section dedicated to this procedure.
