A quick Google shows old Rick was born in 1969, same year I was drafted and sent to Vietnam. And yet he knows so much more about those times. Funny how that works.  ;)

I see no offense in it.

But POWs were not treated right until Vietnam.

Our leftist friends play the race card so often that the term "racist" has no meaning anymore.

I called the tree in my backyard a "Black Walnut" and the neighbor said I was racist.

I still don't get it. Who, other than the author, ever called that flag racist?
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

"He's not a war hero," Trump said dismissively of McCain, who spent more than five years being tortured as a prisoner of war in Vietnam and suffered permanent injuries as a result.

Trump, who received a number of deferments to avoid serving in Vietnam, backtracked slightly after drawing boos.

"He's a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren't captured," he said, to a mix of laughs and jeers from the several hundred social conservatives gathered at the Family Leadership Summit.

This veteran will not be voting for Trump.

Of course she would be. No US combat deaths in any operations that President Clinton initiated.

I like to keep our troops alive, draft dodgers have no problem sending your kid off to die while their kids make money on it.
