Picked this up yesterday, got to shoot it today.  Got the 29 Gen4 not long ago and knew it was a matter of time before I got a 20.  Well here it is, a NiB-X version, Buds has them in stock.  I've got some new sights coming for it too.

And it can shoot too, here's my first five shots at about 20 ft using handloaded 180gr Precision Delta FMJ, 6.0gr TiteGroup @ 1.250" Fed LP

Hi 45BBH, nice gun, nice shooting.  What sights did you order?

Looks great! Is the slide coated, or does it just look that way in the pic?

45BBH

I've got Ameriglo I-Dot night sights coming for it, I've got them on all my other Glocks but went with the Pro version on this one.

4949, it's a nickle boron finish done by WMD and Glock offers them in certain models from the factory.  I've had Robars NP3 done a few times in the past and this finish is very similar, slightly different color but otherwise very similar.

Very nice 45BBH, I like it.

I like the looks of that pistol!!!!. In your experience is the finish on this one or the to at more durable?

45BBH

The finish seems durable, I'm not abusing it to find out but it seems strong enough.  I'll probably order up a KKM barrel next paycheck, not really out of necessity but you know how it is, want usually wins that argument!

Some days it's just good to be lucky; rather than just good looking!

Very nice...that NiB-X finish sure would look good on my Bren Ten...if I could bring myself to take that chance... :-\

Whats the difference between the I dot and the Pro I dot? Have no idea. Tried to look it up once to no avail.

Centimeter

Dave84, IIRC the only difference between those two series is that the "Pro" has a .140" wide front sight compared to the .125" wide front sight on the "Standard" set.

Yes there are two differences between the regular I-Dot and the I-Dot Pro.  The Pro does have a slightly wider front sight and instead of a plain white outline, has either orange or lime green colored luminous paint around the front tritium sight.   I have both, well all three if you count the standard white outline, but the lime green glows the most, orange doesn't seem to glow much at all!

Here's the lime green after about 30 seconds in the sunlight:

Got my KKM 4 port barrel in today for it as well!
