Anyone have any advice about loading 220 grain plated flat points for Glock 20 large frame. I have HP38, #7, Unique, and Titegroup.

Those powders are a tad fast for that heavy weight but can be used, with AA#7 about the best.  While you didn't mention what gun you will be using

For the AA powder 9.2 grains would be a max load, you may want to start a little lower (about 9.0) to see how you pistol works with it!

Unique you may be OK with 5.8 grains

Sorry about that ::), I was watching the racing at the time...The G-20 should be fine.  Did you change recoil springs?

I bought 1K of the X-treme 220gr plated bullets to load into my G20 & G29 using aftermarket barrels.  I have not maxed things out just yet but the results so far are encouraging especially regarding accuracy.  I used a UM Tactical mount and Burris FFIII red dot to help with accuracy testing.  All shooting was at 25 yards with hands rested on bags. All primers were CCI 300 and the OAL averaged 1.265.  Winchester brass had been loaded 3 times with milder target loads.  I have a bunch of once fired brass that I will start using to develop some 700 ft lb loads in the near future as I am new to loading 10mm.  Minimal crimp measuring .422 at X-treme 220gr bullet that measures .400.  Nice clean holes in target so nothing appeared to tumble at this range.

G29SF with KKM 4.6" barrel and 23# RSA, no smiles or severely distressed primers
7.8gr 800X 1050fps avg for 5 shots
8.0gr 800X 1071fps avg for 5 shots
8.2gr 800X 1075fps avg for 5 shots that went into 1.160" group at 25 yds.

G20SF with KKM 5.15" tactical threaded barrel and 17# RSA (22# arriving tomorrow) no smiles or flat primers
8.4gr 800X        1132fps avg for 5 shots grouped into 1 3/16".
8.2gr LongShot 1147fps avg for 5 shots grouped into 1 7/8" but 4 measured 1 1/16" so probably pulled one

G20SF with LWD 6" barrel and 17# RSA, all 10 of these loads produced a very light smile probably due to the too light RSA
8.2 800X        1172fps avg for 5 shots grouped into 2 3/8" but 4 were only 1 1/4" so I pulled one for sure
8.0 LongShot 1186fps avg for 5 shots grouped into 1 5/8"

I would love to see some more loads from anyone that has used this exact bullet along with the X-treme 200gr. plated.
