Hunter was the maiden name of Biden's first wife who died in a car accident. Another son served in the Army and served in Iraq as a JAG officer. This one was forty years old at the time of his enlistment in the Navy, or so I've read. It's only newsworthy due to the dual standards of our mainstream news organizations. I have no great love for either of our political parties but what's good for one is good for another as to reporting. That is the job of the press. Equal standards and all that.....

This folder is labeled 'General Discussion' and that is it's purpose. Firearm ownership is only one thing in this country that's currently under 'attack'. Just an opinion......

Every gun purchase in every state requires ATF form 4473 to be completed.

https://www.atf.gov/files/forms/download/atf-f-4473-1.pdf

The only way around this is gun shows and a private sale person to person in states that do not require it.

What that means is every gun can be tracked to the seller and original owner via serial number.

So selling a gun to someone you don't know and he uses it in a crime and the gun is recovered, the police will use the serial number to knock down your door and grab you as you were the last owner.

Thats enough probable cause to look into you.

No it doesn't.  You acknowledge that in your own post.

I wonder if Joe didn't have something to do with it being kept so quiet until now.

So, I suspect this makes him a "hero" in the Biden household????
