I can't see the link from here, but if it's already a pistol length barrel, making it an SBR is as simple as adding the correct buffer tube and stock. (and the paperwork and engraving)

The point being, that's the laziest SBR conversion you can do. Same amount of paperwork, and the actual work takes less than 5 minutes, assuming it even has a "pistol" buffer tube.

Converting a rifle to an SBR is a lot more work.
