Anyone have any HP38 powder on hand if you could post a picture that would be great!

Based on the charge weight it would likely be about 945 - 950 fps.  Who knows, that particular powder could be a discontinued?   I'll send you some to test.
Also notice that the Hornady bullet is Turncated Cone shape instead of the rounded shape of the newer ones.

Updated the Original data sheet to add Intercooler's test results...EAA Limited Pro 4.75" Lancer 180gr XTP (Old) 974, 961, 950. Average = 961.66 FPS/ 370 LBS
