As a native New Yorker, I'm rather excited for this case https://www.nraila.org/articles/20210426/supreme-court-grants-cert-in-second-amendment-concealed-carry-case to come! With the justices President Donald J. gave us, I'm hopeful. I wanna live near my family someday in New York, but until it's a free state, I cannot live there.

Does anyone know what the potential implications could be? What laws in NY, and nationwide, could be struck down, if we win? I'm not a lawyer, so I got no clue.

Born and raised in NY and the Catskills I won't go to New York at all any more, ever.  New York, Cali, and all of the other states stand to lose control and I see it as a positive move should the court decide for us.

What Candice Owens said, and what makes a lot of sense to me:

Those states who want defund the police are looking for chaos, want to raise crime and lose control, so that they can call the Feds to take over.

They take the rising numbers of murder etc. into account to be able to give the control to the Federal government.
Just one step on the road to communism.
