The one I made is a direct blowback.  While it would be nice to have the CMMG style, this one works just fine and didn't cost $1500

So far, archery season has been a bust.  The bears seem to have ran everything off or pushed the deer to be nocturnal.  I'm not going to lie, I was really hoping to have one already by now.

I may end up getting to see how the 10mm does after all.

That?s ok, guess it kinda has to be : ), is there a bear season in your area? I?ve only eaten it a few times, but wasn?t half bad.

Yeah, there's bear seasons in KY, but they're mostly a joke.

They have all sorts of stupid quotas and other stupid stuff here.  The correct answer is yes there is bear season, the reality is, you're wasting your money buying a tag.  They can stop season after just one day if their arbitrary quota is met.  Just like elk, though they tranquilized and moved our elk to bell county where they are wanting to start a bus tour through an old strip mine kind of like how jurassic park was.

And the quotas are not just in the county you live, but by zones of various counties.

So, yeah, there's bear seasons.
