I?ve always been down on Hi-Point pistols, but a friend picked up their 1095TS 10mm Carbine recently and love?s it. I was originally going to get the CMMG Banshe, but at $1,699, I decided to hold off and try the ?not so elegant? Hi-Point. At $401.00 out the door on GB, and seemed to be worth the risk. After much research and tons of video?s, this tank of a carbine should perform just fine for whitetail

I own two of them. A black one and a camo Realtree Edge. Both run flawless. After I got the first one I scrapped my plans to buy an AR15. I bought the 9mm version as well. They make great SHTF weapons. I only need to focus on two types of ammo. 9mm and 10mm. Makes things simple.

Thanks man, pretty excited about it?s arrival 😀

If I?m understanding correctly, the really inexpensive Bushnell TRS-25 optic will fit, and Co-witness on a High-Point 1095TS 10mm carbine. It?s likely a sub par optic at its price point, but, really, the weapon is under $400.00. Waiting on a response from Bushnell to confirm the above

Bought one and quickly sold it, most horrendous trigger of anything I have ever shot. Dont think there is anything you could ever do to fix it.

Too late now, arriving Thursday, am sure The Patriot?s thoughts on this weapon are accurate, bad trigger or not, you normally only get one shot off when deer hunting

To be honest, one has to expect to get what you pay for. It's $400. Does it fire every time I pull the trigger? Yes. Is it accurate? Yes. Is it pretty? Nope. It kind of reminds me of the old, clunky M-60 machine guns we had in the Navy. Heavy. Bad trigger. Heavily springed charging handle. For me, it serves a valuable purpose. I can have a carbine in the same cartridge as my carry handgun. I like the idea of carrying one type of ammo. It gets the job done. I can use and abuse it, drag it through the woods and not worry about damaging it.

Kenk

Absolutely, was thinking exactly that, Thanks man!

I agree completely, but you aint getting $400 worth with this junk. I have shot their pistols and for what they are I think you are getting your moneys worth, I just think they could have done better with the carbines.
