Hey All,

I'm new to this forum and also in the process of putting together my first handgun. I've been searching everywhere for answers but I can't seem to find them. I'm confident you guys will be a huge help...The first and only piece I ordered so far is a Glock 20 lower.

My question is, can I purchase a "lower parts kit" to fit the Glock 20? If so, which site carries that?

Also, is it smarter to buy a "slide parts kit" or should I purchase the slide parts individually?

Thank you!

I would get a parts kit.  Be sure it includes the sleeve for the firing pin channel.  Some don't.

So yeah I want to run 10mm through my Glock20. All the sites I'm finding are all out of stock...
How long does that usually take(is it worth it) and is there another site that has all parts in stock.

Thanks a lot guys,

TrueBlue

This is the way to go to start with.

Welcome to the forum

There's lots of videos on the Internet watch a few of them. They helped me a lot when I built my Glock 20.

And it looks like you'll be looking for a slide as well.  I would stay away from rockslides. Been trying to get a warranty claim out of them for over a year and a half on one I have now.

Glock Store will have all your parts you need !

Recently built a PF45 frame for 10mm.

I can tell you for sure; BUY GLOCK OEM PARTS.

Tried some others and nothing but trouble.   Stay with 5.5# connector, too!

I would only buy OEM Clock parts. 100% of the kits used on the builds I've done or helped with (5 or 6) have had at least one part out of spec or just fail. Just my opinion.
