They're blemished bullets. They won't identify them, but they look like Speer Gold Dots to me. Shipping is listed as 11/1. https://www.rmrbullets.com/shop/bullets/pistol/40-10mm/40-180-gr-hollow-point-bullets-pulled/ The link says 180gr, but it takes you to the 200gr bullets.

I ordered 500 of those a few days ago, and did not see anything about them being blems. 

Edit: Just checked again and saw it it the fine print.  Bummer   I thought I was buying premium bullets.

I got mine in on 10-31. Ordered on 10-27.

Only thing about them is they are not shinny, otherwise they look good.

I have ordered other pulls and blems from them before.  I have never been able to tell the difference between these and the full price ones after I cleaned them up in the tumbler.

the two above are golddots fresh out of a magazine.  165's I think.  95/500 seems like a deal.
