I just finished loading up and testing some Ibejihead hard cast coated 220s.
I used 800X out of a 5.5inch Kriss Vector.
WLP
Crimped: .422
OAL: 1.252

7.6g avg 1134fps
8.2g avg 1227fps
8.4g avg 1246fps

Pretty happy with them although the 8.4 did show some signs of pressure and I had to throw out some of the brass afterward.  The brass was not new though.

jmm701, be advised KRISS has a newer recoil spring setup to help with the dwell time and help to keep the brass from over expansion due to early unlock of the bolt!
Therefore give KRISS a call and ask about this new recoil setup...

Thanks for the heads up. I will. Do you know when they started using the newer spring?  I bought mine back in 2018.

This was recently done as Mr. Revolver Guy had shared his issues with his own Kriss Vector 10mm ripping cases in half and excessive expansion.
So contact Kriss to see if they will provide you with the same setup they sent him!
Good luck!  ::)

I know what a KRISS is ahve aeen and handled but not shot nor know specs. Is it a blow back?

Cause I have ripped many cases in half in blow backs with "wrong" recipies. (As long as the gun is built and HS'd correctly.) NOTHING WRONG with gun. Its all WRONG pressure curve and powder choice on the part of the reloader.

That bolt IS COMING BACK, but pressures are such that that brass is SEALED to chamber walls.... SOMETHING MUST give.  :o ;D

I believe my High Point 1095TS 10mm is a straight blow back design, but doesn?t seem to do this. I?d be interested to learn more about the cause and effect if you have more info on this
