Any thoughts on The Fenix 10mm 180 FMJ - 1,300 FPS ammo. Just checked out their pricing after my last purchase $25.00 for 50rds plus they have upped their FPS to 1,375 FPS. I really like it for hot factory ammo, but was hoping to see what others thought
Thanks

Kenk, they are pushing the limits with their ammo and it is running at levels seen with the older SwampFox loads, where they recommended full chamber support and recoil setups to handle the performance.  People did see some smiles and popped primers with guns that were not setup for the ammo.  Not saying Fenix is going to show issues but it is possible...

Yep, 1,300 FPS seems plenty fast for a 180gr projectile. 1,375 is certainly pushing the envelope without the needed chamber support / spring setup

And the upside of a 1,375 fps FMJ load is...what...exactly?

Hmmm... I guess their game has changed since the last time I tested it out.

Upped it slightly maybe?
