Just watched a video on this very bullet.

It really might be the best thing ever but it has a long ways to go to unseat the 220 gr hard cast loads that BB and Underwood sell.  More videos and practical experience should be forthcoming this fall.

Given that a hardcast lead bullet won't deform when shot into dry Douglas Fir at 10mm velocities, I just don't see any upside to a copper projectile in this caliber.

I also don't support convicted wildlife poisoners, so BB is a non-option regardless.

Muskrat, the upside is some places do not allow lead bullets period...so that sort of fills the purpose for those looking for heavy monolithic non lead bullets

Good point! I don't hunt anymore, but if I did I'd voluntarily switch to lead-free bullets. I've seen some studies on the amount of unintentional lead poisoning that hunting bullets generate, and it's surprising.

Also might be more of an option for Glock owners, as far as Glocks and lead bullets go.

Wish it were $10 less expensive.

While I have no history with the "penetrator" of solid copper Lehigh bullet I have seen video's and heard comments that the bullet does not always fly straight  in gel or meat.  The bullet is hard enough that tumbling won't cause bullet failure but a bullet changing direction can reduce or negate effectiveness.  Very bad for toothy things that want to eat you.  Also... these bullets are light for their size and don't quite penetrate like the heavier lead ones of equal size. What is most interesting about this 190gr copper bullet is the design is more like the very stable (in meat or gel) round flat nose design and it is much closer to the weight of a lead bullet.

No... I'm still to cheap to buy them but I wonder if this "dangerous game" load isn't the best copper bullet/load ever made for making the 10mm "fight above its weight class".  Dunno but it has my attention.
