At what velocity is it considered full power?  Say a 180gr. load at 1250fps?  Or is this one of those subjective questions?

1250 fps 4" to 1300 fps 5" but many fail to meet their numbers! 

Thanks, my Magneto Speed V3 and pic rail adapter will be here Saturday.  I have a few factory, and handloads that I need to try it out on.

Remember Underwood used to do1350 for a 180, and I think Buffalo Bore still does but it is too unpredictable.
