The Underwood has been out of stock for a while. I almost bought a conversion barrel for it..

Many people who get into the 9x25 are being left out by commercial loaders, being a handloader, I just looked for something different.  When I started into this caliber, it was with my S&W1006 with a Bar-Sto 5" barrel, which I paid too much for and still had to fit it to the gun and have the chamber finish reamed, to make it work correctly.  It was a fun project that taught me a few things.

The LWD barrels for the Glocks were drop-in and the chambers were almost as tight as a case gauge.  The 3.78" for the G-29 works but velocity falls short but the 6" barrel for the G-20 brings good things to life velocity wise. 

The Dillon Dies are expensive (dual carbide sections for 10mm and 9mm) but I found a guy getting out of the game and got a great deal on those dies to get me up and running.  I did buy some loaded cartridges (the ones I did the pull-downs from) from Mike McNett when I bought the Bar-Sto barrel and then purchased a few brass from him too.  Always looking for a deal on the used 9x25 brass, but the Dillon dies will make take the 10mm brass and shape it properly.

I have developed some good loads with other powders and still testing other newer powders from time to time.  I'm wanting to test CFE Pistol, AutoComp and BE-86 to see how it performs.  To me it is all about the learning experience!

since for many people the "holy grail" of handgun rounds is the 125gr 357 magnum and given the performance I've seen from it in tests in both the 357 sig HST bullet and gold dot in both 357 sig and 357 magnum, this dillon has got to take that to new heights.

a 1600fps gold dot or hst would be incredible assuming they stay tightly expanded in the .55" range! or the special barnes 125gr 357 sig all copper, the 9x25 dillon has ample case capacity to send that one to the moon as well.  such an exciting cartridge, wish I was a handloader. Will have to live vicariously through you!

Yeah....I wish there were more factory offerings for the 9x25. Since I don't handload it doesn't make sense for me right now.
