Anyone know who the manufacturer is for RIA's adjustable rear sights? There doesn't appear to be any info in my Rock Ultra FS HC 10mm manual that I can find

I would assume either in house or they source them.  It is a pretty standard copy of the LPA Novak style adjustable sight.

According the Rock Island website for your pistol, the rear sight is made by LPA Ghilardi. The model of the sight is the MPS1

Explains why it looks so much like a LPA Novak sight!

Just am FYI. Check to be sure your front sight is secure. Mine was not and needed repair.
