I'm looking to upgrade my G20 trigger, but struggle with spending 200 plus on a Zev. Any thoughts on something slightly cheaper, say in the 150.00 - 200.00 range
Thanks

I don't have one, but this is a competing option.

Taran Tactical has a kit that is well thought of for the price:

Finally, Agency Arms has a drop in trigger:

I bought the ZEV ultimate trigger and what a HUGE disappointment. Tons of travel and creep out the wazoo.

I eventually kept the trigger show but replace the disconnector and trigger spring with a Ghost Ultimate and it cleaned it up quite a bit.

I recently bought a CMC trigger and am much happier with it than I ever was with the more expensive ZEV.

I purchased a Glock 19 with a Travis Haley Skimmer Trigger. I haven't fired it yet but the dry fire is nice. Information propaganda:
"The SKIMMER Reduced Pre-Travel CARRY TRIGGER SYSTEM  Manufactured using 100% OEM parts, all of the metal components are individually hand polished to a mirror finish for consistent, reliable action. The mated surfaces glide freely, adding a smooth short transition into a predictable wall. The trigger break is crisp and clean, reducing muzzle movement. This is made possible by our unique pre-travel reduction modification, which is non-adjustable. Multiple inspection points are part of the production process.

This system is completely drop-in with no fitting required.

For Carry Use

All metal components are hand polished to a mirror finish."

I installed a Zev Tech in my G40 and can't say any better things about it. Big improvement over the stock trigger.

I installed the drop in ZEV Tech as well in my 40 much better than stock.

If you got patience then a Ghost Pro 3.3 connector kit and a gen 3 trigger bar.

If not then I'd go with a drop in kit.

Late to the switch, but Ill stuff $0.02 in here on the ghost 3.3 connector. On my gen3 G20 SF it took the crude feeling trigger and gave it a smooth stack that with practice has a very predictable break. The pull without a gage is by my estimate in the 4-4.5# range. Reset is acceptable by my standards. Helped a great deal with hunting paper, groups shrunk to some degree. Age has widdened my groups as well as wasteline.  I would do it again.

I have the basic Pyramid trigger that came with my G20SF and really like it.  Reduced the pre-travel enough that I can now reach the trigger properly with my small hands.  Great short reset as well.

The other good news is that I also use this lower on my MechTech 10mm.  Their instructions warn about using aftermarket adjustable triggers as they may not work with the MechTech design.  Mine works well with no hiccups.

I have installed and adjusted the Apex triggers in both my G20 and G21 10mm conversion. Love them. You can adjust them down too much so definitely need to take the time to dial them if for your  use. Got the whole trigger kit  for my G20 but just the trigger shoe for the 21 and polished the metal bits my self.

We think our triggers are some of the best on the market. So we are giving you a discount on these triggers to try them out and let us know what you think.
Use Code "Trigger20" for $20 off any RYG triggers 8/16 through 8/19.

Just got this email the other day.  This is probably the trigger I have instead of the Pyramid.  Looks like it might only be $80+ a little shipping!
