Upgrade the recoil springs?

For my G29 since I've been shooting full house loads like Uw and soon will be shooting Uw 9x25 Dillon. I believe I have a stock 17# springs so an upgrade to something like 21# will do?
How powerful is 10mm? Well, see those craters on the moon?

Others disagree, but I don't upgrade until I have a problem manifest.
