I tried getting a .400 Cor-Bon barrel in my 1911, but I just could never get it to reliably feed. Now while it just may have been a problem with my 1911, I just had to give up on it. I think that is when I decided to go with a 10mm instead. I was using 165 grain bullets and 10.2 grains of Blue Dot.
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

A friend of mine asked me what I thought about the .400 Corbon and I said I have 10mm pistols and was not interested.

He bought a barrel for his Gold Cup and told me how much money he saved over buying a new gun.  His fed great.

He had fun for about two months until the Gold Cup frame cracked beyond fixing.

So now he has to buy a brand new gun, anyways.  ???
