I was wondering how well the Berry's 155gr Hollow Base Round Nose bullets worked at 10mm velocities?

Their website says max velocity is 1250. I think a 10mm (Glock 20) will push them faster than that: Maybe 1400 fps.

How is accuracy and group size with the hollow base round nose bullets, and how is long distance performance?

I might have to go to the .165 gr Hollow Base Flat Point-Thick Plate in the 10mm

.

Shotgun

Never used them for 10mm, but had less than a positive experience with 300gr .50AE bullets through my Desert Eagle. I loaded them a little lighter than usual(still 1320ish fps) even though they claimed they were good to 2000fps. First time I ever experienced cycling malfunctions, and the accuracy was horrendous. Back to Gold Dots I went.

At the higher speeds, you may have to go with the heavy plated...
( I use xtreme plated )

I looked at the Xtreme website, but couldn't find any information on recommended velocities. I also noted bad reviews for some 40/10 bullets.

Now on my 4th K of 180 heads... heavy plated,, no problems
Shoot great over 10.4 of Blue Dot and they look like jacketed when recovered

Load Info

Our Copper Plated Bullets can be run at mid-range jacketed velocities or higher end lead velocities. We recommend keeping velocities to less than 1500 FPS (Feet Per Second) and using only a light taper crimp

Any velocities over 1200 FPS we recommend either our Heavy Plate Concave Base or Hollow Point products for superior accuracy. We recommend keeping velocities to less than 1500 FPS (Feet Per Second) and using only a light taper crimp

All of our Hard Cast Lead Bullets are approximately 18 on Brinell, our Cowboy lead bullets are approximately 15 on Brinell.
