Well this is my first post after I found your forum this morning.
I bought a G40 yesterday and am looking to replace the factory sights. Im looking at the Dawson Precision fiber optic suppressor height sights.
Here is my dilemma, I don't know which red dot I will add to it later, most likely a Vortex but not sure.
If I am reading the web page correctly, these sights come in multiple heights for different red dots? 
I don't want to have to turn around and order new sights later so any advice I could get would be great.

BKS, welcome to the forum.  The g-40 is new but there are new things coming out often to support them

I have the DP Co-Witness black-rear / FO front sight set and it works with both the FF3 AND the Vortex Venom optic.... (as I have both, currently running the Vortex on my G40 MOS, as I put the FF3 on my Fusion longslide 1911.

Thank you. I was having trouble understanding their descriptions on the website but I think I figured it out with your help. The one for the cmore base and then the one for the RMR were confusing.

A longslide 1911 in 10mm is on my list too.

I replaced a red dot on my G34 with Dawson Precision.  In this particular case I find I can shoot match games faster with it than my old Fast Fire, is it is easier to find the targets.

My buddy lent me his new G40 MOS.   He put on a high end red dot that was superb, but once again I was unable to benefit enough.  I did like all the aspects of the G40MOS....just I couldn't shoot it fast/accurate at the same time with the red dot...which I usually really like on most pistols.

In any case, the Dawson Precision tech help line guys treated me very well & were quite helpful in figuring out what would work best for me.  They turned out to be right.

I rushed to order the sights and actually ordered the weong ones. I had sent them a message asking about the sights and vortex red dots. The two miniature optics Vortex makes apparently are different heights. According to tech support at Dawson, the set listed as working with the RMR etc will work with the sights that has the 6 moa dot(Viper) but not the 3 moa model(Venom) The Venom requires the set that is listed to work with the cmore sights etc. 

FWIW  I am assuming they will work with a Razor also, just looking at the website that sight(Razor) looks even taller than the otger two.
