Today I talked to a guy who has a real nice 1006 for bout 700.00 sounds bout right to me but not really a steal..2 mags,no box, looks really nice...good deal?

If you don't end up buying the 1006, maybe he would be interested in selling it to me. I have a 1076 and would love a 1006. And $700 sounds like a deal to me!

2 on Gunbroker right now with bids $825-$850 and time left.
Add shipping and FFL transfer.
I think $700 is a screaming deal IF you want a 1006.
If you don't want one then it is not worth it.

Yep, that is the story of my life. I'm always a day late or most of the time dollars short. At $700 I would of put it on the CC if they did not have lay-a-way because that was a good deal to me and I already have one.

I just (reluctantly) sold a 1006 to a gentleman who really wanted it for $875.
Funny thing is that he didn't want spare mags, and those are hard to find right now.
I guess I'll hold onto them in case i ever do find a 1076.

Mope540, I was in Bud's Gun Shop today (I am local to them) and they had a 1076 with box and 1 mag for 879. Just looking at it in the case it seemed to be in nice shape.

Been combing the gun brokers and armslist sites for the Damn 1006 I missed last week...each one is 1k plus, they can keep it for that...why would I n pay for that when I could get a witness hunter,stock 1 or 2 or an elite.....I know,I know...still angry at myself.
