I'm close to buying one now, but Bud's is out of them. Anyone else have the SA/DA you are aware of who isn't trying to get rich in one day? I believe the PN is 220R510RTASMSE.

Nice pistol. I wish I could afford one. These seem to be the only real "replacement" for the S&W 1006. I like the idea. Eventually I'll be looking into buying one of them.

Enjoy the season.

I have looked at them.  Years ago had a P220 in 45 and really liked it.  Looked at a new one in 10mm but it was the SA only with adjustable sights.  I was temped and may pick up one of those.

I was thinking of getting one but they are hard to find locally and also I can't find any holsters for the p220 10 so for now I've been looking at 10mm in a 1911 platform instead, Dan Wesson Razorback or Silverback.

Is there a master list of currently available 10mm handguns?
I know the S&W 1006 is out of production, but I'd love to have one.
Now we have the SS 220 as well. Rock Island makes one, and the Kimbers.

How well does the Sig shoot? I like the style and the fact that the 10mm still ouperforms the .357 S&W Magnum by quite a margin.

HUH? In what way?

Let's see it beat My .357 Magnum!

Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

Many years ago I had a 1006 and find peoples comments on them strange.  Mine had the most cobby workmanship you could imagine.  The safety release lever had a shaft to both sides and you could see that it had been finished by sliding across concrete or something of that nature.  I never had any trouble with it but was not impressed with that.
