I'm having problems with FTF on my reloads, bullet is 180 fmj and horandy xtp 180. Seating depth is 1.26. I have ran them thru the Redding sizer die after loading also.

There are many types of feed jams.  Can you give us a bit more details?  A pic would be excellent.

Two possible reasons for this type of three point jam in a 1911.  Extractor is not proper fit to the gun, or the map springs are too weak.

First thing I would do is get some +10% mag springs installed.  The 1911 depends on the next round in the magazine, or the follower on the last round, to provide a "kick" to catch the base up and fully align with the bore.  I would bet changing the springs will fix your issue, and would suggest you just set a reminder every Christmas to re-order new ones.

If that doesn't do it, then the extractor could be the culprit. If the extractor is fitted too stiffly, then it can interfere with the case head as it slides up the breech face.  This thread addresses the issue the best I have read:

Thanks for the pics, it helps immensely.
I agree with Hermit & sqlbullet as it looks like the round is stopping on the extractor.  Besides the links provided, check on You Tube for videos on how to properly tune the extractor.

Keep us posted on you progress.

If you can replicate this hand-feeding rounds, then you can test the extractor removing it and then trying to replicate.  If the issue goes away with no extractor, then that is your culprit.  If it doesn't (my recent one didn't) then up your mag springs.

Thanks everyone, I'm thinking it's the mags, they are para mags. Going to up the spring and change the followers also. I really appreciate all the help.

Check out Triple K's P-16 mags.  They are a bit spendy, but I have found them to be very solid mags.

They say 16 round, but mine hold 17.

I thought the Para Elite Hunter was a single stack?

sqlbullet

You are correct.  I hear Para and as a adolescent of the 80's that just means double stack to me.

Para making single stacks is like Glock making a steel frame.
