Tomorrow morning (at 6:30 a.m. PST) I'll turn 61 years old. I plan on passing the place of my birth while going to have my new Citizen CB0020-50E watch band sized to fit. Sometimes it seems as if time flows by at a glacial pace, then passing at lightning speed. I know it is just me.

61 seems less and less old as I get older.

And I think it really is.  My father-in-law is 77, and to be honest he seems younger than most guys I knew in my teens that were 60.  He still goes to scout camps and keeps up with the 13 year olds.

good thing is in 10 months you can put in for Soc Sec.... while there's something left !

I turned 48 last month, and time seems to be passing at lightning speed. I hope it slows down soon.

I just turned 46 in November as well and as I reflect back time is accelerating - my quote is "would somebody get their finger off the fast forward button!"

The rate of acceleration is slowing down.  But the velocity is already up there pretty high and not much you can do about it.
