A psychiatrist told of a couple that had been married for 40 years. This was, indeed a "match made in Heaven", for they truly loved one another for as long as they had known one another. They had been married in their early 20's and lived lives of deep devotion for their union. The husband passed away, and the woman could not be consoled. Her life had been centered on his for so many years that she had the inscription "My flame has gone out" etched upon his monument.

Two years later she met another, slightly younger man and they fell in love. She became so overwhelmed with guilt, that she had a new inscription etched under the original which read, "I've struck another match".

There is no "one and only".

  That afternoon, I went to the local Bass Pro Shop to get a small 9mm  handgun for home and personal protection.
When I was ready to pay for the pistol and ammo,the cashier said, "Strip down, facing me."
Making a mental note to complain to the NRA about the gun control wackos running amok, I did just as she had instructed.

When the hysterical shrieking and alarms finally subsided, I learned she was referring to how I should place my credit card in the card reader!!!

As an intelligent senior citizen, I do not get flustered often. But this time, it took me a while to get my pants back on.

I've been asked to shop elsewhere in the future. They need to make their instructions to seniors a little more clear.
