Last weekend, I lost the E-Clip from the Tail Spring Assembly off off my (G20) CCU


I e-mailed Robbin at MechTech to ask for the specs on the Clip so I can get one from our local Hardware
Robbin said she'd send me the part I need....free
Well, today, I received, (not only) the E-Clip, but 2 each;
E-Clip, Tail Spring and Washer
Invoice marked; "PAID"
Now THAT's what I call GREAT Customer Service

   I unlocked it for you
