And I read on the website that 1450 fps velocity was from a 4 inch test barrel. This load ought to hit 600 foot pounds out of a Glock 20 and Witness, Delta Elite, etc..

Keep in mind these are long for weight bullets so the extend deeper as seated and have longer frictional surfaces.
Closest data from Western Powders is for;
135gr NOSLER JHP 9.9 grains @ 1,440 fps and 11.0 grains @ 1,575 fps 35,900 PSI COL 1.260"
Comparing to the;
150gr SIERRA JHP 8.7 grains @ 1,290 fps and 9.8grains @ 1,395 fps 35,500 PSI
