I am looking for Blue Dot. It's out there somewhere & heed some help locating it. Post up if you know where I can find some!

None on gunbot.net right now.

All powder has been a crap-shoot for awhile.  Glad I had some stockpiled.  Wish I had some 1680, but my local stores say they haven't gotten anything from Accurate in over 18 months.

It's all about using what you have lately or getting lucky to find what you want...

I asked one of the biggest reloading suppliers that travels to gun shows around the south
about blue dot, they haven't seen any in about 18 months.

I am local to Lohman Arms, I have found it is best to put in a back order and they will call you when they get the shipment and reauthorize the card.  The website stock isn't 100% on everything...  If you're local and picking up, then they'll pull the hazmat fees off.  I just got 8 lbs of BE-86 that way, wait was a few weeks.  I will say the prices are a little high compared to Powder Valley, Natchez, etc.

I've noticed that Alliant Pistol powders are making appearances on the shelves at the LGS with increasing frequency. One of our local LGS is almost completely stocked now with the entire line of Alliant rifle powders. I have recently picked up Unique, Power Pistol, and Blue Dot at the store. I even saw jugs recently. I didn't need powder at the time. But it was there, so I snagged some.

If I needed powder, my strategy would be to find out when the local shops get shipments, and be on the ball.

And therein lies the problem. If it shows up which is rarely, people snatch it up fast whether they need it or not because some is finally available. I got 4 pounds of Blue Dot online, and I never even tried it before. But it was there, and I knew it was good for 10mm, and I was almost out of the powder I was using. I think it sold out in about 4 hours.
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?
