I would like one but have been looking at the online prices with sadness.  I don't want one that bad.

I have had a couple of 610s and sold them both at a profit but have regretted it. Someone on another forum told me about an original 5 inch for sale at a pawn shop for $1200. I called them and bought it and hopefully will hang onto this one.

Sounds like a heck of a deal for a 610 no dash 5". That is the one I'm holding out for, since it would be a nice bookend for my 5" 629. Please post a pic when you get it!

Edit: Pacecars, just saw the pic you posted in another thread. That is freakin' awesome!

I'm joining the addiction, need a revolver to keep my DW RZ10 company - have a cash offer in for a 6" 610 no dash - 98% condition for $1,400 - they are hard to find in the midwest!

On the list. Just not going to happen.

Tells me that someone should bring this AND the .41 Magnum back

I keep hoping to find a cheap one at one of the "way back in the country" gun shows I go to.

I don't get it, what exactly is the attraction of a 10mm revolver? It's a semi auto round and it's about as powerful as you can get before the gun becomes impractically large, but in a revolver there are so many better choices that won't cost an arm and a leg. Even as a collectors piece I don't think they're worth what people are asking for them.

10mm. It's nuclear.

Yeah...At the current pricing there is nothing attractive about it.

Everytime I am out in the desert chasing down all my brass after a "fun" session I think it would be nice to have a revolver though.  And I am not interested in other pistol cartridges.    So, I get the draw, but not the economy.

Prices are out of control.  I decided earlier this week to go with Mr. Clements conversion of a GP100.  I figure it is worth it to me to spend the extra 200  Or So on a custom piece.

I am not trying to throw fuel on the fire but I have listed my 610 on GunBroker. I believe the market will set the price and people will decide how much they wish to spend on anything. I take great pains to accuratley describe and furnish the best pics I an able to take.

Geez, I sold mine to a friend a couple years ago for 500 and was afraid I'd taken advantage of him... guess not considering these prices they are fetching today!
