Is there any? as far as performance goes?
Can I use them in place of CCI 300?

Reduce 10% and work back up.

Winchester primers are more energetic in my experience than CCI300.  They work fine, but as with any component change, you should reduce your max load 10% and work back up.  If you are working with a non-max load, ensure that it is at least 10% under max or reduce and work back up.

thanks. I wanted CCI300, but no one around here has them, and I found those Winchester Lg pistol primer for $34.99/1000.

If you're not working very close to the edge you should be fine using the Winchester LP's.  Winchester's will cover the needs of both standard and magnum.
CCI's can at times be harder to seat in some brass casings than other brands, but are great primers.

I have used CCI's, Winchester, Remington, Federal, Wolf in the 10mm with good results. ;)
