Still a newbie to this forum and to the 10mm cartridge. I bought a Eaa Witness about 2 weeks ago and have been on vacation for  7 days leaving me very little time with this new forearm. I decided on underwood Ammo and when I went to order they only had the 135gr and the 180gr. Familiar with the 180gr from the 40S&W I went with the 180gr. After many Question (thanks Intercooler I have decited make my carry round the UA 155gr. With all the background what I really want to know how many on this site have a 22lr conversion kit for there EAA Witness or G lock or any other 10mm firearm? I have always used a 22 mostly another complete gun for training on any of my guns from long arms to pistols. When I found out  EAA had a conversion kit for the 22lr I had to have one. I have read mixed reviews on this conversions with more good than bad. If you have a 22lr conversion kit for you firearm no matter the make let me know what you think about it. The good bad and the ugly. plan on sometimes this week running some 22lrs thought it. Let me know how yours have been totally reliable somewhat reliable or it chocks on everything I have feed it. It is nothing for me and my son to ron through 500 22s in one practice round. I want to get familiar with my 10mm with out breaking the bank. I am a firm believer you should have 1000rds on hand as the lest amount you want to get below on a caliber. Let me know you experience with the 22lr conversion kits. Thanks. ::)

I have the 22 conversion for my EAA witness match. I really like it. On my gun if it was really no effort at all just slid right in. I got mine from DK mags on GunBroker, they seem to have the right one for the large frame.

Yes, I have the Witness 22 Conversion and it runs well for me (now)
I did have to give the Rails a little " lovin' " to run smooth
Now I get 100% reliability using the cheep WaMart Federal Bulk
I am quite impressed on its accuracy too
It's no "Target / Match" Shooter and it's not as accurate as the CZ Kadet Kit, but it IS good and accurate enough for a fun day of Target and Can Slaying
I currently run three 22 Conversions:
The (above mentioned) CZ Kadet Kit, a Series 80 Colt 22 Conversion, along with the Witness 22
I started out with five of the "Old Style" Mags, sold them and bought five of the New, "Lock Back" Style Mags
Tuned the OEM Slide Lock Spring to Hold Back on both my 10mm Uppers AND the 22 Upper
So tell me again how Trump was worse then the 8 years before .... AND what came after HIM !

Here's a Brand New, Large Frame 22 Conversion on GB:

I bought one from the guy. I can attest to the fact that it fits on a witness match just fine. And I enjoy it!

It has been a little while since I have posted this and never replyed. I bought my conversion kit from MidwayUsa 20 % off that paid for another mad and shopping. The first time I took it out I took 20rds of every kind of 22s I had. I had one failure to fire and it was Bulk Federal now that I have fired it more it has not hickupped on anything I have put in it. Very accurate 12 ga shot gun hulls don't stand a chance. Like I said before I have a 22 trainer for every thing I have. The only thing it doesn't match is recoil. So I still run my other calibers but I run more  22s than anything. Thanks for the replies.

Yes I love mine also. I probably shot about 550 rounds on it and I'm sure I've only had three or four misfeeds in that entire time.
Mine is a long slide version for large frames. I got it on GunBroker from DK mags.
