Herter's is Made in Russia on the same production lines as Tula/Wolf ammo,

I thought I read where Herter's was a part of the CCI portion of ATK, maybe they contracted some of their stuff via Herter's?

On the back of the box it says made by Sellier&Bellot Czech Republic.

This is a good mid-level magnum load for target practice.
