This is a considerable amount more powder than the new stuff? Is it the same powder?

I'm still studying that and am leaning to a different powder similar to Silhouette but slightly slower burn rate.
The other pull-down had irregular cut flakes, This powder is from the other pull-down.

Why would they use such a powder?

I also noticed excessive muzzle flash, both from my own experience as well as TNoutdoors videos.

From this one? This is totally different than the garbage round they offer today. The velocity I got from this one is the way it was back in the day. It's a shame all these Companies have watered down the 10mm rounds and now they are paying for it. See Federal trying to offer something decent again now
