I have a buddy who ask if this has ever been done and if it can be done, anyone know if it has or is possible ?

The Glock 27 being 40S&W caliber may be too short in the frame and the action for the longer 10mm cartridge...
Even if the action would cycle the longer 1.2500" ammo and the magazine needs to accept the 1.2600" or longer cartridge, but maybe too short.

However the 10mm guns can easily utilize the conversion barrels for 40S&W, 357Sig and 9x25Dillon.
