the 1911 / 2011, Glock or Witness / Tanfoglio (CZ Clone, i.e. BrenTen) or something else

It's no secret that I really don't care much of the Glocks
I do run a G20 as the Receiver on my MechTech
I own both a Delta Gold Cup and a Witness
I carry my Witness Semi Compact daily, but I really LOVE my DGC

Got rid of my G20 a year or so ago. Bought a Witness Hunter, now I am waiting for the Stock III's to get here. Might have to get a Match while I wait.

   I haven't owned ANY Glock, but in 10mm I have owned a 1911, several Witness pistols and the 1006. I still have the 1006 and three different Witness 10's. If one of the new Steel Xtremes comes over in 10mm it will more than likely be my fourth Witness. I guess I gave my vote away 

The S&W 10XX series is best.

  It's the tank of the bunch. It looses in capacity, sights, ergonomics and without any doubt trigger.

I don't necessarily think any 10mm is best. Obviously, I like the Glock platform for various reasons, but I also understand the Glock has its faults.

My ultimate 10mm would be  Smith 1000 series with the capacity and weight of a Glock 20. Oh....that would be impossible. So...back to where we started, which is discussing 10mm platforms.

What about the Megastar? No Megastar love?
