The TC 14- 10MM is kinda funny though . I bet the powder burn is complete in 8" of barrel and by the end of 14" the velocity is probably slower than a 10-12" barrel.

My Quickload program shows my hottest Power Pistol/135g Nosler load with a nice increase over the stock 4.6 Glock barrel.

Stats:

4.6" barrel:
Powder Burn 91%
Velocity 1540 fps
Energy 711 ft-lb

For the 14" barrel:
Powder burn 98.6%
Velocity 1940 fps
Energy 1130 ft-lb

The other thing about the t/c setup is there is no gas leakage to speak of and everything can be super tight (chambers) and you should be able to create ammo that would be a bomb if it got into an autoloader. 

I was thinking about a 10mm barrel for my t/c, but thought better of it for this reason.
