I have seen this picture at 3 am in the morning, Structure fire, people inside, busted in the front door.  Smoke about 30" above the floor, began a search pattern, going to a small room with a light on, knowing it was a kids room, complete search but no children.  Moving on to the next room, I was looking into the barrels of a double barrel 12ga. shotgun  and a man kneeling in his bed leaning down to see under the smoke.  I was shouting through my SBA mask, then broke the seal to be heard better.  Managed to get his attention and take him, his wife and baby safely out of the burning building as the next truck arrived on scene.  Those barrels looked like 55 gallon drums...
