The Limited 9mm in the past needed the ramp cleaned every 100 rounds or the first round would hang. Unlike our XD which comes from the factory with an outstanding polish job on the feed ramp, Tanfoglio doesn't put much effort into it! Knocked one of four out today while watching football.

very nice.  now the bullets get to see themselves before they go boom.  What did you use to get such a mirror finish on that ramp?

  I watched a YouTube video where the maker used Q-Tips and Mothers Polish. As it turns out the Q-Tip is the perfect size for the ramp and a bulk pack is a buck at the dollar store

If you had a bit that does north/south.

I just put the polishing wheel on and held the tool perpendicular to the barrel.

1006 is next and it doesn't look too hot either.

I'm hoping I can find my Dremel attachment 

I use wet/dry adhesive paper 400 on up on a dremel rubber barrel tip (the tip that's used to hold the sanding barrels). There's other tips as well, or you can use a drill bit that fits the Dremel and take enough wraps on the paper to build the width you want. The secret to all my polishing is the adhesive paper. Stick it to a table and you have a flat surface that won't slip around for some polishing jobs.
