Another of the things I do is populate this list with ammo deals. I added a bunch yesterday for 10mm and one is the $15.00/box PRVI Partizan 10mm. Yes it's weak, but cheap too.

   If you use cast lead bullets you get from someone scrapping wheel weights for free I would say yes. You use a FMJ/Plated bullet, primers, powder and tumbling media plus your time. Some people just like to do it and others just like to get ammo and shoot.

Start-up costs eat up a pretty good bit of $$ and space to reload.

New Starline brass = $147.00/K
Zero 180 FMJ = $121.00/k
CCI 300 Primers = 30.00/K
1 lb of Unique = $16.00

Total of $314.00 per thousand if you are starting from scratch.

Looks like a good way to get a supply of brass, assuming it is reloadable.

I don't know what type brass they use or if it is good. I know it is weak (890 FPS), so another supplier using Starline may be a better option for a little more $$.

As a general rule PRVI brass is pretty good. Usually it is their own brass, but I use it for 7.62X54R with good results and good brass life.

I will take a shot of some PRVI 7.62X54R when I get home.

I couldn't get a decent shot with my phone.  All too fuzzy to read.  The 7.62X54R is marked PPU on one side of the head, and 7.62X54R on the other.

That's okay. I have some 300gr .44 Mag coming of theirs. I will photo it! FWIW I wrote their company saying I like the price but it is God awful weak. I suggested they load it to real specifications but no response. 

The Priv is kinda wimpy for 10mm but is reliable, consistent, burns clean and doesn't beat you up when you run a few hundred down the pipe like the hot stuff will. In my Glock 29 I find it also shoots very accurately out to 30 yards. I always try to keep a few hundred rounds on hand as it makes a GREAT range load.

I will second that. It's easy shooting and accurate because it has no real power. PRVI was the first ammo I shot in my first 10mm.

Right now if you don't have a 10mm source or reload the Armscor 1250/600 LBS is awesome mid-level paper punching power. I added Armscor to www.gun-deals.com yesterday.

Not yet we have a set of 10mm dies and a nice Rockcrusher press but with I have only owned the 10mm for 9 months or so. With the Priv being so cheap to let me get trigger time + I stumbled on a few boxes of much hotter stuff for carry cheap so I just haven't gotten motivated to load. The spent Priv brass looks really good to the eye I will say that. I have run around a thousand or so rounds so far with no issues. Got enough brass now to be able to load enough to justify getting motivated so I'll let you know.
Had been shooting mostly 9mm Browning High powers before I snagged the 29 so I'm still adjusting to the 10mm + the feel of a Glock.

Took a picture of the .44 headstamp of the box I received today. PPU is the give-away.
