100% on board with standard tests... and a female cop at the scene.
Just one good dwi arrest.

A field sobriety test is a battery of exercises.  The subject was not tested "over and over".  They were given one test, which consisted of four exercises. 

And, they failed.

That was so text book perfect they could use it as a training video. 100% pure professional.

It took a lot of literary license to make that sound like an inappropriate situation.  That was by the book.
