.... At Natchez, for those of you privileged and allowed to shop there.  Just got a message at 6pm today.  It shows in stock.  Good price, if you don't have to pay shipping.  $35.49/1000, limit 2 per day.

I'm unprivileged and not allowed.  :P

Sorry to hear that, and I have no idea what they're trying to prove.  I've traded with them many times over the years, and only recently heard of their "policy".  They've always treated me right, though.

Problem is with the primers, they only allow 2,000 at a time, per day.  I won't buy less than 5,000 with the haz-mat fee, or it's too much of a loss.  My LGS is trickling them in to me for about the same price (shipping considered), at about the rate I use them, so I'm not so bad off.  As long as I don't have to dig into my reserve stash, I'm OK with that.

They're in Tennessee and I'm in Georgia......supposedly they won't sell to me to protect their 'dealers' in Georgia. I was told this once when I tried to phone order some powder. In our current times, by the time I can contact a local 'dealer' and they get around to checking and ordering, the product has already sold out. I understand the principle having been in business, but the fact is their 'dealers' don't stock product...........they just take an order. The old business model I remember required that you stock product i.e., minimum order per time period to remain a protected dealer. It's an annoyance, but there are other suppliers out there. ;)

I fully understand on the haz-mat.....it can make what seems a deal, a whoopin' in short order. ;D

Yea the TN thing gets my ass. Either get in business in the state or get the hell out of it.

Sounds good, in theory.  Problem is, the "box" would have to be out of state before they would ship, then it isn't legal to "forward" firearms or ammo.  Since the packages are "properly labeled" as such, UPS, or whoever, including BATFE, may take issue with it.  The practice, if legal, would allow certain "terrorists" a disconnect.  I'm all for the diverse methods of skinning cats, but I don't think this is it.
