Hey guys, new member to this great forum.

I have a Glock 40, brass, bullets and primers ordered, hopefully it'll all be here this week. The bullets are 200gr hard cast from Montana Bullet works. I plan on pushing them to 1100-1200 fps or so.

At what point will I need a heavier recoil spring?

I've run mine stocknforn10nyears with everything from 155g corbon/underwood to weak blazer and armscorp to 220g underwood hardcast, never an issue. See what you gun does before planning changes, mine is great!

My glock 40 likes 200 gr Montana  hard cast with longshot powder. 1200 fps should be no problem.
