Last year the boss and I were at the point of getting out of the populated area. Honestly western NY isnt as liberal as the eastern part of the state. Especially, around the cities, we bought 14 acres in the middle of nowhere. One acre pond, its in rifle hunting area, I can take a 2 minute walk and am in my stand. We talked about going to PA.
