I believe he has good intentions, but after watching a few of his videos, he seems to be a tad whiney.
He's also wrong.

WHY?

Because he will build a wall and try to stop illegal entry into the USA? Yes.
Because his mother and two of his three wives are immigrants? Yes.
Because he was Commander of Cadets at his military school? Yes.
Because he will make our so-called NATO allies pull their own weight for THEIR defense? Yes.
Because he has already given us the names of who he will appoint to the next 5 openings in the US Supreme court? Yes.
Because he will call out China and hold them accountable for their detrimental policies on our currency and technology transfer? Yes.
Because no one has bought him, and he owes nothing to anyone politically? Yes.
Because he is calling out the Clintons and the Bushes for what they have done to us over the last 20 years? Yes.
Because he is a life member of the NRA and so are his kids?  Yes.
Because he's taking a 99.9% pay cut to be president? Yes.


Is he perfect? Does he say the same stupid stuff we say when we have a few beers together? No, he's worse.  He says it on national TV.

We all complain about Washington D.C. and we all say throw them all out.  Then one guy comes along who doesn't care about any of the status quo and we freak out.

Trump may lose, but not because of me.  It's because the silent majority doesn't register to vote in time or stays home on election day.
I have a Trump sticker on my Chevy truck and my Chevy Volt.

Stop whining about not having the perfect idiot in the White House. Your vote matters, and your opinion matters. This election really matters.
Put a sticker on your vehicle, wear a pin.  Convince your buddies at work to get the masses out for this guy.

My wife started shooting steel earlier this year, and she had her first actual match last week, where she placed second, using her almost stock(trigger job) G19 9mm. Second place prize was an AR lower, and some ammo.
I don't do the run-and-gun stuff any more because a car accident left me with severely limited mobility, but I still shoot LR
and ULR rifle matches.
The wife tried shooting a G20, but she didn't like it. She goes through about 500 rounds/week practicing, and even with 9mm, her wrists and hands get sore. I think that much practice with a 10mm would be out of the question for her.

I honestly don't know what to say, other than I think that the guide was extremely lucky, as were his clients. I know several LEO's who don't trust the 9mm as a reliable man-stopper, let alone a charging grizzly. I can't think of an animal with more tenacity. There's a reason many Alaskan guides/outfitters carry a large caliber rifle, or a shotgun w/slugs, as their primary
OFF SWITCH for bears, and who also carry a big bore revolver, of the 454 Casull,  475 Linebaugh, or 500 S&W variety,
as back up for when their primary gun can't be utilized quickly enough. I'm glad that it turned out well for the guide and his clients, but I bet they all had to change their underwear.

I remember hearing a story about Larry Kelly, founder of MagnaPort, encountering a 1000+ lb Kodiak in his tent one night.
He put (6) 44 mag 240gr JHP in the bear at point blank range, and the bear never so much as blinked. After tracking the bear and dropping it with a 375 H&H, they found that none of the rounds made it past the bear's fat layer. Later on that same year, he encountered an even bigger bear, and dropped it with one round from the same gun, a Ruger Super Blackhawk, loaded with some 300gr hard cast rounds.
All things considered, if I were ever in a place where there were large critters who considered me to be 'on the menu', I would
feel better having a high-cap 10mm on my hip, preferably loaded with some hot and heavy hard cast rounds.

By their definition, any one of us could violate the law with the simple installation of an aftermarket FPS that required
'altering' in order to fit.
Nothing good can come of this.

When I read the memo, it stated something to the extent of commercial. Its not commercial if you are doing this for yourself to your own firearm.

It's still a terrible law that will have ZERO effect on crime/criminals. It's a solution looking for a problem.

I have a 5 1/2" Redhawk that's an excellent trail gun, and it also doubles as a car gun. True, it can be a hand full, especially with some heavier bullets, loaded at or near maximum. It's just such a handy overall package, that I can't help but think a 4" Redhawk would be even better.

So many choices, so little time.

Next gun I grab is going to probably be a Ruger Redhawk 44 Magnum with the factory 4" barrel and Hogue rubber grips. The .44 is soooo much fun to reload for.
