I appreciate the help , Thanks
I'm going to be working this stuff very, very slowly ....I've got a lot of reading to do.
I plan on loading 200's <maybe! 180's , 165's , 155's , 150's , and ofcourse 135's Speer & Nosler. This will take me some time but I'll keep a record and my thoughts of this stuff. Thanks again

I was wondering if anyone has loaded 10mm with VIHTAVUORI 3N37 ?
Is it an easy powder to work with?
Likes and dis-likes of the powder.

I would appreciate any comments on the usage of this powder. Thanks in advance!

On a typical house fly there are approximately  8 front-orbital bristles, 5 external vertical bristle, and  7 internal vertical bristle per side of face. When I went out to run the pistol , I had no thought in my mind to observe the operation and function of the pistol. I was out there to see if the pistol was able to group tighter than I could do with the stock barrel .
I was concerned if my investment was worth it. After the 1st 10 rounds I noticed that my dog 37meters away was having a problem shewing away a pesky fly that kept landing on his ear. I felt confident and I must say a little cocky , took steady aim and removed the items {mentioned in the opening comments} from the flies face 1 by 1 until that pesky fly decided that it
was indeed time to move along . I'm positive I could have punched the flies time card on the very first shot .......but I have been known as a guy that wouldn't even hurt a fly.....
So gandog56 if you allow me the time I will get this pistol on paper and better answer your question. :P

Things have moved in a forward motion. I received my long slide from Lone Wolf and popped the box .............within 20 minutes of finding my parts, installing, and racking the slide .....a GREAT BIG SMILE broke out on my face. I will have to get back with all the details but { whispering} I did go out and run 50 rounds through it ......perfect operation!!!!!   I am very pleased!!!!!!!!. I'll be back soon with pics comments and an overall rating.

In my case its cosmetics...  1.) I have a KKM Precision 6" drop-in and I just want to cover up that extra 1.5" of barrel that sticks out the end of the slide.  2.) Just to have a G20 that is different from everyone's else's and  the stock version. I really don't think the long slide will make that much difference in performance but that will be determined.
I will see how well it cycles and see if that 1.5" longer site range will really have any effect on target accuracy.

KKM Precision IMO is "not" just a company name....these boys mean it.... PRECISION ! I have ran a G20 gen3 6" drop-in for over a year now and I will not stray from that barrel.

I acquired a G35 gen4 and the very 1st thing  I did was to install a Match 40 S&W drop-in.......again....loving it!

I feel you can rest easy...you  made a wise decision.

Update: I guess my class will be delayed a little bit longer.....still waiting on class materials to arrive.

I ordered a Lone Wolf G20L custom black oxide blind marked and I guess Lone Wolf QC {Quality Control} rejected the finish. I was a little sad to read that email but on the same hand I'm very pleased that Lone Wolf has "QC" and they just didn't pass it along to me . ^5 (high 5} to Lone Wolf !

Well I'll share this with you.
I signed up for the class. Class will begin in 2-3 weeks maybe longer. I have read and read and read ...holding out/waving a handful of cash....and I'm ready to let the fun begin :-\
Read and make your own decisions based on knowledge and available information. I will rely on the place of longslide purchase for any help or advise "if" problems arise.
I already have a name for my thesis or project : G20 Goober Goes LONG !

{shaking my head}>>>>Why.....Why must I be so curious !

General Discussion / Re: Introductions

Jay 54  from Iowa. Followed a "Shadow" in the backdoor.....I really appreciate the fact the door wasn't slammed and locked. I'm here to gather info, listen & learn. Every now & then I'll throw down a line or 2. Don't much care for drama, I like to be a joker every now & then and sometimes my timing is a little off, I apologize if I offend. I have found a passion & great respect for the 10 and very eager to learn more. I've only been in the 10 a year and a half and just got into the .40 S&W 2 months ago.
I appreciate the forum and the people who work hard to educate and share 10mm facts, ideas, and experiences. I've lurked in here 2 nights and I'm  Impressed ! Great job on the forum...I'll try my best to leave it like I found it.
Been running the G20  , Kimber Eclispe Custom 2 , G35  and LOV'IN IT!
