Practice makes perfect.  It is pretty amazing how comfortable you get with something you practice with compared to not.  I know that simply sounds sooooooooo obvious, and it is.  I guess it's just simply amazing to me how sometimes it's kind of like you ended up being better with something you put the time in with than you would have even guessed from the start.  It's always a good feeling when something comes together like that.

I was issued an M9 in the Marines and probably have close to 100,000 rounds through one.  I hadn't touched one from 2003 until a couple days ago.  I closed my eyes, brought the pistol on target, and opened my eyes with perfect sight alignment.  With all of my pistols, the sights will be close but not perfect.

That actually made me decide to sell my Glock 35 so that I can pick up an M9/92.

I bet I could make that bullet and brass count at my house.  Primers, I probably only have about 8,000 and powder probably 60 lbs.

Oh, and the bullets are still in "ingot" form.
Nice!  I'll get there, someday.  My wife and I vowed to buy a house before any more stuff, though a small entertainment budget is allowed.  The economy set us back by 10 years.

I'd be willing to bet that there is at least 50,000 bullets, 500 lbs. of powder, 50,000 primers, and 10,000 cases within 10 minutes of me.

I lucked out that everyone seems to reload here.

TNOutdoors9 has my respect, even with his occasional goofball videos.  We all need to have some comic relief once in a while.

I saw this Facebook petition link posted on PAFOA.org.  just "like" the page, and maybe Beretta will take notice and build them.

I use photobucket.  Create account, upload picture, copy image code, paste image code into text box.  This code, minus the spaces in the brackets, displays the picture.

Factory 10mm ammo / Re: PPU Ammo next

I'm surprised it broke 1000.  I put some through my G29.  IIRC, it chronoed at 870 fps or so.

Do you shoot one?

If so, is it compensated?

Man what a screamer. 8)
Seriously!  That is scraping rifle velocity!

I don't see how your forum could be in the wrong, and just hope that this person realizes just how much time and money he would be wasting in pursuit of this.

Don't you feel stupied now?  ;D

I would like to know how a forum can own an interest.  GlockTalk.com dominates for Glock enthusiasts, but there is no reason another forum couldn't displace them through providing a superior forum.  The same thing goes for several other brand specific forums.

Why does this guy feel that it is unlawful for you to compete in a free market?  Or is he just hoping to out spend you on legal fees?

This place smells nice. New forum smell.

I would think lots of things smell nice next to a "Deadguy" :P

Just kidding.  Welcome to the forum.  It does have that new forum feel, but it is a great place!
actually you are right. I work in a funeral home. Haha

Welcome to the forum!

If you have a daughter, I guess it might help to mention your trade to any potential boyfriends.

This is right after it made it's way home.

Thus far, it looks like a hit.  We have good information coming in, the atmosphere is mature, and there are quite a few posts.

I'm reminded of the old ElsiePeaForum, and that is a good thing.
