I've got a limited run Benchmade 940 with G10 scales and a 20CV blade that was only available through Knifeworks in Louisiana.
The good: Fantastic daily whatever you need a pocketknife for type of knife... and you don't even notice it in your pocket until you need it. Holds a fantastic edge too.
The bad: It's not a knife you'd want to use if you're going to be doing something with a knife for an extended period of time... ie it will eventually be uncomfortable to hold. Also mine was dull as mud out of the box and it took me a while to put a decent edge on it. I could care less whether the maker will resharpen something, waiting two weeks for somebody else to do it means you don't have your blade.
The ugly: Most people will think it was a bit pricy for what you get. But if you think of it by comparing to other knives with the G10 / 20CV combination, it's actually not too expensive at all.
